FAQs

At what time should I arrive?

Guest arrival time is 3.30 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4 PM at the First Settlers' (Pioneers) Cemetery in West Mabou. We ask that you arrive at least 30min earlier so that all guests are seated and comfortable by the time we start.

What does the number of guests shown on my invitation mean?

The number on your ticket represents how many people are included in your specific invitation. For example, “Anna & Bill – 2 guests” means the invitation is for the two of you. If your ticket lists only your name, the invitation is intended just for you.

If one of the invited guests can’t attend, can we bring someone else in their place?

Thank you for checking! Unless your invitation includes a [Name] +1, we kindly ask that substitutions aren’t made. We still have loved ones on our guest list that we hope to invite if space becomes available. We appreciate your understanding.

Can we bring our kids?

Please do! We love kids and look forward to having them as part of the fun. Feel free to bring your little crew along! Just include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly, i.e so we can have some snacks and fun things ready for them.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. If it rains, we will have a tent for the ceremony and we will move cocktail hour indoors.

Dinner and reception will be indoors.

Is parking available onsite?

Yes, parking is available at both venues. We will also have a shuttle available from 2.30 p.m. to 2.00 a.m. If you would like a shuttle pick up, please fill out this form once you know where you will be staying.

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal / Cocktail.

You might be wondering... what does that even mean? Semi-formal simply means a little dressy but still comfortable. Think polished, fun, and celebration-ready — not black tie, but not everyday jeans either.

How do I let you know about allergies or dietary restrictions?

You can let us know when you fill out your RSVP. Or you can message Keshi or Jason directly to let us know!

Do you have a registry?

We did not set up a registry since we already have what we need for the house. However, if you wish to give a gift, we’d be grateful for contributions toward building and expanding our dream homestead.

Is it an open bar, cash bar, or BYOB?

We will be providing drinks at the ceremony.

For the dinner and reception, we will be providing 2 drink tickets for each adult guest to enjoy. For those who wish to have additional beverages, a cash bar will also be available. If you do not drink, you are welcome to give your drink tickets to another guest.

A selection of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available (no ticket required).

Can I bring pets?

As much as we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at the venue.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Yes!! We will be providing shuttle service both before and after the wedding. For pick up, we ask that you fill out this form so we can organize the times and ensure everyone arrives on time.

After the party, the shuttle will be available from 9.00 p.m. to 2.00 a.m.

Where can I stay and what can I do?
